How Tractor Transport Works
A tractor move is easier to quote and schedule when the equipment details are accurate from the start.
1. Tell us what is moving
Provide year, make, model, weight and overall dimensions if known. Include loaders, buckets, mowers, backhoes, duals or other attachments.
2. Provide locations
Give the pickup and delivery cities, states and access conditions. Mention farms, narrow lanes, loading docks or equipment yards when relevant.
3. Match transport equipment
Trailer choice depends on size, weight, clearance, tires or tracks and whether the tractor can be driven onto the trailer.
4. Schedule pickup
Once the shipment is accepted, pickup timing is coordinated around the origin, carrier routing and equipment requirements.
5. Secure the tractor
The tractor and transported attachments must be positioned and secured appropriately for road movement.
6. Deliver
Delivery is coordinated to the destination access and unloading setup.
